LOCATION:

Villa Bella Luna is located in Yarari, a neighborhood within the beach resort and residential community of Cap Cana, which offers a gated entrance and 24/7 security. The villa sits on a beautiful and spacious plot with plenty of space and trees that create a tropical atmosphere and total privacy.

Juanillo Beach, the neighboring beach, is one of the most pristine beaches in the region and is renowned as one of the most beautiful in the Dominican Republic. This white, powdery sand beach is a popular spot for both tourists and locals!

THE VILLA:

Villa Bella Luna is a very contemporary minimalist villa built on 2 levels. There are 6 beautiful bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, TV, closet, and air conditioning. Several rooms have their own private terrace or balcony, and there is a very large balcony that spans almost the entire width of the villa, overlooking the pool and garden. The calm and minimalist interior of this villa is exactly what you need to feel relaxed and serene during your vacation. Villa Bella Luna offers you the elegance of a million-dollar home and all the comforts of a private residence.

The outdoor space is a fantastic area where you can relax, play in the pool, have meals by the pool, and spend quality time with your family and friends. Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool and enjoy the sun lounging on one of the poolside loungers.

DOWNSTAIRS:

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find the living room, dining room, and open kitchen, all on a single open floor plan.The dining area includes a large dining table and chairs for 10 people, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook delicious meals. During your stay at Villa Bella Luna, you will even have a chef included with the villa rental!

Slide open the large windows on the side, and the living room will completely open to the outdoor terrace and pool. The large pool is built on 2 levels and features a shallow wading area, perfect for small children. The outdoor space is the most impressive element of the villa and is likely where you'll spend most of your time!

Four of the six bedrooms are located on the ground floor – two rooms are inside the main house, and the other two are in a separate "bungalow." All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a king/queen bed, direct access to a terrace, closet/dresser, TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.

UPSTAIRS:

Two bedrooms are located upstairs, each with an ensuite bathroom with a shower, king/queen beds, direct access to a balcony, closet/dresser, TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Some rooms have a desk and chair – perfect if you need to do some work during your vacation.
