Villa Blanca is located in the Punta Cana Resort & Club, a gated hotel complex and residential community with a closed entrance and 24-hour security.

Villa Blanca sits on 1.5 acres of land with a magnificent view of the La Cana golf course. The beach is approximately 0.65 km from the villa! You'll be dipping into the ocean in no time! Playa Serena, the neighboring beach, is one of the most pristine beaches in Punta Cana.

SPACE:

Villa Blanca is a 10,000 square feet (929 m2) luxury villa on 2 levels with 6 bedrooms – 4 bedrooms inside the main house and 2 bedrooms located outside in individual guest bungalows.

Arriving at Villa Blanca through the illuminated entrance columns, you cross a picturesque wooden bridge with well-maintained gardens on both sides. The cool interior of this villa invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation in the comfort of a private home.

Villa Blanca also features 2 large rooftop terraces, perfect if you want to do outdoor yoga in the morning or simply have a private spot to relax and read a book.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The 1st guest bungalow suite is located in the beautiful garden in front of the main house and offers spacious accommodation with a King bed and a full bathroom. The 2nd guest bungalow suite is located next to the pool with a view of the golf course. This room has a King bed and a full bathroom.

The spacious kitchen, TV and game room, sitting area, and formal dining room are located on the 1st (ground) floor.

UPSTAIRS:

All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom (1,000 square feet) features a canopy King bed, a sitting area, a vanity area with plenty of closets, and a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The 2nd bedroom has two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with impressive views of the golf course. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed, a dresser, and a Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom has two Queen beds, a large closet, a Jack & Jill bathroom, and direct access to the balcony and two rooftop terraces with impressive views of the golf course.
