In this newly constructed villa you will find an open plan kitchen with expansive living space that flows onto a large partially covered outdoor patio and a very inviting infinity edge swimming pool.

The concept of the villa is to offer an outside feeling while still being inside; with its bifold glass doors onto the pool area and sliding glass doors to the side of the property. This also allowing for cool breezes to flow through.

You will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs and an additional guest en-suite bedroom upstairs as well as the master suite. The master suite also has views of the ocean with large glass doors.

Upstairs has another amazing terrace offering phenomenal sea views. This terrace can be accessed both via the master bedroom as well as a separate door. Great for enjoying on an afternoon and watching the sun set.
