The Villa is part of the Sant’Andrea agricultural company that extends over 600 hectares in the Chianti Classico area and has as its center the ancient village of Fabbrica, where the Villa, the Church of Sant’Andrea and the wine aging cellars are also located. Around the village, the slopes with the best exposures have been designated as vineyards, which are located approximately 250 m above sea level.
Furnished with exposed oak beams, terracotta floors and Tuscan rustic furniture, the result of a careful renovation which has preserved the materials and ancient structures unchanged, such as the stable on the ground floor with the manger which now houses a large hall suitable for meetings and receptions, up to 50 people and the characteristic still working fireplace, at the entrance, overlooking the lawn.
In front of the main entrance of the villa there is a large outdoor area with pergola and loggia. Adjacent to the main entrance on the ground floor and accessible from the garden, laundry room with washing machine available.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor large living room with fireplace, kitchen, meeting room, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First Floor
On the first floor accessible by a large stone staircase: large living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, and 3 bedrooms:

On the second floor accessible by wooden staircase, large study which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds.
Local taxes € 2.00 for each person per night are not included in the rates.
