Villa Farallon is located seaside in the exclusive Punta Aguila area within the Casa de Campo resort, a luxury residential complex with 24-hour monitored entrance.

SPACE:

This two-story luxury seaside villa is situated in the renowned Casa de Campo Resort, known worldwide for its Caribbean quality and elegance. The property is spacious and divided into 4 distinct buildings: the main building, the gazebo, the bedroom wing, and the guest house.

Villa Farallon is beautifully decorated with unique artworks throughout the property. The villa is well-designed for families as well as friends traveling together who want to spend time together while having enough privacy. Welcome to your paradise, beyond your wildest vacation dreams! Here, you'll be surrounded by lush tropical nature and spectacular ocean views!

The villa offers an incredible outdoor space, including a large fire pit surrounded by sofas, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with barbecue and pizza oven, a large jacuzzi, terraces and relaxation areas, a semi-Olympic pool (lap pool), and lawn areas.

MAIN BUILDING:

The main building is where you enter Villa Farallon and discover the first ocean view. This part of the villa has a single floor, and here you'll find the main kitchen (guests do not have access to the main kitchen), the spacious dining room, and the living room with a grand piano. The sliding doors of the main building open completely to offer you an amazing indoor-outdoor living space with views of the pool and the ocean.

GAZEBO:

Relax under the gentle breeze on the large terrace that offers a spectacular ocean view, a bar area, dining, and lounging areas. It's the perfect place to have a pre-dinner cocktail with your friends and family. Ask your bartender to prepare your favorite drink or try one of the tropical specialties like a pina colada or a strawberry daiquiri.

BEDROOM WING:

Villa Farallon has 7 spacious and comfortable bedrooms located in the two-story bedroom wing. Here, you'll also find a TV room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the ocean.

Another TV room is on the 1st floor/ground floor with a billiards table, a terrace, and access to the lawn and pool. The large terrace in front of the bedroom wing is equipped with numerous sun loungers and sofas. Enjoy a movie night in the villa's cinema room, which is equipped with large comfortable reclining armchairs, a projector, and a flat-screen.

Room 1 - The master bedroom on the 2nd floor is the largest suite and features a king-size bed, seating area, TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, private balcony with ocean view, and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and sauna.

Room 2 (2nd floor) has a king-size bed, a balcony with an ocean view, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 3 (2nd floor) has a king-size bed, a balcony with an ocean view, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 4 (2nd floor) has 2 queen-size beds, a private balcony with an ocean view, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 5 (1st floor/ground floor) has a king-size bed, TV, a terrace with pool access, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and outdoor shower.

Room 6 (1st floor/ground floor) has 2 bunk beds (lower bed is a double, upper bed is a single), a terrace with pool access, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 7 (1st floor/ground floor) has a king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, a terrace with pool access, and an en suite bathroom.

GUEST HOUSE:

The 3 rooms located in the single-story guest house offer the most privacy for those who love to sleep in. When you stay here, you have your own kitchen and private dining area, which is ideal if you need quiet time to work during your vacation.

Room 8 (1st floor/ground floor) has 2 queen-size beds, TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, and an en suite bathroom.

Room 9 (1st floor/ground floor) has a king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, closet, desk, and an en suite bathroom.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT STAY FEES:

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo resort fees, which must be settled upon arrival at the resort:

Children 4 to 12 years: $12 per person per night
