The villa is furnished to the highest standards and surrounded by a beautiful nature with olive trees. The villa has a fully fitted Kitchen, a large living room with panoramic views through its large windows, which allow for the sea views to enter and give easy access to the over sized infinity swimming pool and spacious sun terraces. The interior's decoration is very contemporary, with white walls.
Olive Villa is set on grounds of aprox 2.300sq.m comprising of lawn and terraces as well, there is ample private parking. The planting is very Mediterranean with green plants and olive trees.
To the side of the property there is a lovely pergola shaded dining area, ideal for BBQ's and outside parties. To the other side of the house there is a lovely pergola direct to the sea a shaded relaxing area. The large infinity swimming pool is 12 x 6m and is for exclusive, private use of our guests. The Infinity Pool and the SPA are set up with different light. Loungers are provided to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The large outside areas of this property make it an ideal venue for you to have your wedding party, as it is also close to St. Paul's Bay Chapel. Newlyweds could enjoy a champagne reception on the spacious sea view terraces, sunbeds.
Olive Villa is located only 2km away from Plakias beach and the golden sand of Li Beach in Pefki, once Lindos' wine-producing region, 3km to the south. Upper floor verandas have beautiful sea views.
