Villa Triboli was designed in 19th century by Giuseppe Poggi, one of the greatest architects of Florence of that time, famous for extraordinary works such as Piazza della Libertà and Piazzale Michelangelo. The villa is located in the south of Florence, near to the town of Impruneta, famous for its terracotta and olive oil. The views of the Italian garden and the Chianti hills are breathtaking.

The Villa is located fifteen minutes from the center of Florence and thirty minutes from the airport. This impressive Florentine Villa allows the unique combination of beautiful countryside with easy access to this magnificent renaissance city. The Villa enjoys total privacy and a beautiful view of the Chianti landscape and is  access by a 1 kilometer private drive lined with cypress trees.

The Villa is located within a large estate, on a south-facing hill, and overlooks the large garden and the hills of Chianti. The garden was designed by architect Pietro Porcinai and includes a rock and rose garden, a pond with water lilies and a large swimming pool with breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside.

The front door opens onto a large entrance hall with a staircase, as well as to the spacious living rooms. The ground floor also includes a large kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, musical lounge and a cinema room. The main staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with rear access to the staff area. Located on the first floor are two large studies and six beautiful bedrooms with private bathrooms, overlooking the garden. All suites are elegantly furnished and decorated.

The farm located on the back of the Villa has two independent apartments that can accommodate additional guests. The great limonaia used as garage offers additional covered space. There is also a beautiful underground cellar with a oil mill.
