Located in the heart of the beautiful Veneto region, this exceptional property is perfectly located to
explore the best of what this stunning region has to offer. From the property, Venice can be reached
in just forty minutes, Verona in one hour, Padova in fifteen minutes, the thermal area of Abano
Terme in twenty minutes, not to mention world class wine regions within easy distance.
The property consists of a main historic villa, two independent apartments, a health and wellness
area and six hectares of grounds which offer total privacy and seclusion.
The villa sleeps a total of ten people in five double bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The villa
features a number of different areas where guests can relax including two lounges, kitchen with
dining table, dining room, study and internal courtyard.
For larger groups, there are two further apartments available upon request. Both of these have three double bedrooms, with one of the apartments sleeping up to six guests and the other up to five guests. These apartments feature more modern interiors. The property therefore offers
accommodation for groups of up to 10, 15 or 21 people.
There is a state of the art wellness centre which consists of an indoor swimming pool, small gym,
sauna and showers/changing facilities. There are three golf courses in close proximity to the property and the beautiful ski town of Cortina d’Ampezzo is just two hours away.
The property is well served by three different airports, Venice Airport is just a 40 minute drive,
Verona Airport 55 minutes and Bologna Airport 1 hour 20 minutes.
